Man now Im pretty much absolutely not into it. I believe I may well be becoming a little under the weather or something. Right now is among those situations where it is almost all I can get done to drag myself out of the bed. With any luck , you are really having a better experience than me. On the other hand I do want to get the site current and so heres a piece of writing I discovered on small tools that should be of some benefit.
StampingSimulation.com Industry Update – The Capabilities of Forming Simulation
(PRWEB) September 16, 2006
We would like to explore the capabilities of forming simulation, as well as provide some descriptions of how the technology works. So here is a quick summary of a few typical applications of press forming simulation technology. It helps to understand if you are aware that press forming simulation is actually a specific application of the Finite Element Method (FEM also known as FEA).
Material yield (utilization) calculations and blank shape estimates
Using a 3D CAD model of the final part, the data is meshed automatically and then “unrolled” or developed to a flat blank shape. From here blank nesting and rectangular, trapezoid or any other shape fitting can be applied. The final data produced is a 2D CAD line which can then be used to calculate material utilization across any blank nesting or shape configurations.
Tip angles (or part tipping) and undercut checks
Using the 3D CAD of the final part shape, the data is automatically tipped into the most suitable pressing angle with the intent to ensure no elements in the mesh “undercut” the vertical motion of a press machine. This step provides a very quick indication of the possibility of forming the desired part shape in one process or if there is a need to do it in two or three or more processes. If there are undercutting areas, they are highlighted and decision can be made as to whether the part shape can be changed (to avoid the undercutting) or if an additional forming process is needed. This step sets the press tip angles and positions the 3D CAD model into the pressing coordinate system, ready for further die face designing.
Forming simulation (or drawing simulation)
Of course this is the main purpose of this website, but the result is so much than just a simulation. At first, die face data has to be created. Using the final part shape that has been tipped in to the pressing direction, die face surfaces are created. For example in a simple crash form, the boundaries of the part simply need to be extended, but in a draw process addendum and binder surfaces need to be created. With this, the earlier developed blank shape (square, pre-trimmed or otherwise) is used with the newly created die face surfaces to run the simulation.
StampingSimulation.com http://www.stampingsimulation.com is an on-line die face engineering service, capable of designing complete die face data for your sheet metal stamping tool project. Simply provide a CAD model of your part to StampingSimulation.com and the end result is a complete set of die face data, including a fully developed blank shape, binder surface and addendum surfaces. In addition to this, the die face design is proven in the virtual environment, to show that the die face design has eliminated wrinkling, splitting and compensated for springback.

Epilogue
How abruptly life’s momentum can change its course……it’s terrifying despite the outcome. Flags of war stream in the wind as mere children stand ready to engage the invisible enemy driven by faith and fueled by hate. Hinduism has a penchant for practicing non-violence, and mother always did her part in encouraging the practice. Yet I sit awake long before the light of day is born, behind the walls of the most powerful military organization the world has ever seen, carefully cleaning a “tool”, as we like to call it. Not just any tool however. A weapon. A machine created by men of the most malicious intent in human history. A machine with one and only one purpose in its lifetime. To kill. And soon, I must use said weapon in a desolate, foreign land for its sole purpose alone. Against an enemy that I cannot see. Driven by duty. Fueled by fear. Leaving behind morals and beliefs to feed a corrupt government’s insatiable hunger for power. To think that only a year ago I was toiling away at the university and living the American dream. I am a United States Army soldier. Sworn to protect and serve the empire known as the United States of America. Trained to kill its enemies both foreign and domestic. My name is Das. I am 19 years old, and this is my story.
Chapter 1
Das
My name is Das. I am 19 years old, and I am a soldier in the United States Army. I’m a very complex person who lives strictly for the simple things in life. Most of the time anyway. I’m not your average American kid by any means. Well first, I must be honest. Das is actually my last name. My full name is Sumeet Das. I wasn’t given a middle name, and Sumeet wasn’t so easy to pronounce for everyone, so I often went by my last name. I was born in Ohio, but it wasn’t even 2 months after I was born when my family decided to move to Toronto. Canada’s a strange place. A nice place, but a strange one. Canada, Toronto anyway, has people of every race, religion, and ethnicity in the world. People from every nook and cranny of the Earth were present and lived their daily lives in harmony in Toronto. But nobody really fancied the French Canadians from Quebec for some reason hehe. Unlike the people, Canada’s weather wasn’t so diverse. Canada’s cold. Really cold. All year round. But I got used to it fast. To the point where I could run around in the snow wearing nothing but underwear. You can bet I loved every minute of it. You can bet I was ridiculed at school for wearing shorts and sandals in the snow when my family moved to Maryland 5 years later. I moved to a town called Easton. It was a quiet country town that was slowly progressing into a small city. There were a lot of churches in Easton. Most of the people who lived in Easton were elderly couples. Or they were around my neighborhood anyway. My family however, branched from a different tree. I am the only member of my family who wasn’t actually born in India. My parents were both born and raised in India. They were both very religious and passed Hinduism onto both my older brother, Romit, and me. I remember practicing Hinduism as a young child. It’s truly a beautiful religion with a rich culture. I really enjoyed it. In fact, I still enjoy practicing it today. I’ve always had a strong faith in God. Not always Hindu gods to be honest, but definitely in a higher power at least. I’ve always lived by Hindu values however. They promoted a sense of equality and balance in life that I was instantly attracted to as a young child. I truly loved my culture. Now, of course, living in a predominantly caucasian, methodist, and small town, my family and I stuck out like a sore thumb in crowds. Believe me when I say I got a lot of attention at school. It’s kinda hard not to be noticed when you’re “that” kid in kindergarden playing around in the snow in shorts wearing a red dot on your forehead that speaks in Bengali to his parents. My parents started teaching me math and English skills before I even started school, so I excelled in school. I never fitted in anywhere in school. I was always either viewed upon as the teacher’s pet or “that weird Indian kid”. I had next to no friends as a little kid. I was always that kid who slaved away alone in the sandbox and ate lunch alone. Teachers wondered why I was the way I was. I was always getting in trouble. Sometimes, I’d act up on purpose. I just wanted the attention. I didn’t care whether the attention was positive or negative, because at this point in my life, I was lucky if I got any attention at all. My parents were always too busy fighting to pay me or Romit any attention. I hated coming home from school. My father was always screaming at my mother or Romit for one reason or another. I hated seeing that same scene and thinking those same thoughts everyday after school. Wondering if everything was going to be alright or not. Wondering if I did something wrong or not.
What can you tell me about the main character(me)? Is the writing an

Get a better opener, maybe an interesting anecdote or something because I honestly got bored and stopped reading a few sentences in. Make it a little more colorful rather than just listing off facts about your life.
